When Matthias Holz packed his bag a few years ago and came to Hanover for his master’s degree, he didn’t lack much. But in the beautiful city in Lower Saxony there was simply no campus radio like he knew from Bochum. So he started a student-led seminar with some fellow students at the Institute for Journalism and Communication Research. This resulted in Ernst.FM in 2010. And on October 24, 2014, Hanover’s first campus radio finally went on air. We are all students from the various universities in the city and are happy about everyone who wants to participate!
